Daily Routine — The One-Hour Content Machine
This system turns your real-world logistics expertise into thought leadership on brum.delivery and your personal LinkedIn profile. Every piece of content moves through four stages: Capture → Develop → Publish → Review.
Morning Block (15 min) — Capture & Triage
- Open Twinmind Pro and review any overnight voice memos or meeting transcripts
- Open the 📥 Content Inbox below and add any new ideas as "Raw Idea"
- For each new idea, tag the Pillar and Content Type (Blog, LinkedIn, or Both)
- Scan yesterday's client calls and conversations — anything quotable or insightful goes into the Inbox
- Check LinkedIn notifications for comment threads worth expanding into posts
Midday Block (30 min) — Develop & Write
- Open the 📅 Content Calendar and find today's scheduled piece (or the next "Brief" item)
- Open its linked Google Doc and draft or refine the piece
- Use Perplexity to research data points, statistics, or competitor examples to strengthen the draft
- Move the Calendar status from Brief → Drafting → In Review as you progress
- If writing a LinkedIn post, draft directly in the Calendar notes field for quick publishing
End-of-Day Block (15 min) — Publish & Review
- Publish any piece that reached "Scheduled" status today — tick the Blog Published or LinkedIn Published checkbox
- Review the Content Inbox — promote any "Developing" ideas that are ready to become Calendar briefs
- Drag at least one "Raw Idea" to "Developing" so tomorrow's midday block has material
- Glance at the Weekly Review views below to check your publishing cadence
