  1. Need actual business name and contact(s). Process = Enter shop name in TT mobile app. Scroll through shop looking for Instagram, web or other links showing any business name or contact info. Start to order a product for other potential shop information
    1. Try shop name + postcode in Google Maps. Any business listing on maps? (KW, JW)
    2. Zint. Other parameters plus “Genius” (KW) (????)
    3. Companies house (KW)
    4. LinkedIn profile (RW)
  1. Enter all results (good or bad) into the Qualifying Comments field (box) in Hubspot. (KW,JW, RW)

  • Contact info for company -
Open the TikTok app → tap the product link or bag icon → you will see the TikTok Shop product page. To view seller details:
  1. Seller name is shown under the product title. Tap it.
  1. This opens the seller’s shop profile, where you can see all their products, ratings, and reviews.
  1. Scroll down to the “Seller Information” section. It shows seller rating, follower count, and often business details (name, location if provided).
  1. Under “Ratings & Reviews”, you can check feedback from previous buyers.
  1. If you want to contact them, there’s usually a “Chat” button on the shop profile for direct messaging.
TikTok Shop does not always display full company contact details. It will only show what the seller has submitted and what TikTok allows (often just shop name + TikTok ID). For business-registered shops, TikTok requires valid UK or overseas business credentials, but those details are not public.
