I hope you’ve had a great start to the new year.
As we head into 2026, our focus is very clear: our marketing should be driven by your content — your stories, your wins, your clients, and what makes your service centre brilliant locally.
To do that well, we need your input. We want our marketing channels to showcase the network properly, and that only works if the content comes from the people actually running the businesses.
In particular, it would be great to hear from you on:
- Your New Year business goals and priorities
- New clients you’d like us to feature or shout about
- Local news, milestones, or developments within your service centre
- Any organic, specialist, or niche product ranges you offer
- Alcohol licences or specialist compliance capabilities (where applicable)
- Community involvement, charity work, or local partnerships you’re proud of
Even a few bullet points or a voice note is enough — we’ll do the heavy lifting from there.
To give you a clear picture of how we support the network from a marketing perspective, here’s what’s in place:
- Thank-you cards sent to every new account opened across the network
- Creation and publication of social media posts, both national and locally tagged to your site
- Blog writing, creation, and publishing — you provide the idea, we handle the rest
- Newsletters and client-facing 'Despatches' designed to engage your customers, not just internal audiences
- National (not local) generic advertising, currently in early-stage rollout
- Brand advertising for Diamond as a whole
- Memberships with key trade organisations including UKWA, RHA, and the IOC
- Ongoing website and page maintenance
- Access to a growing library of marketing resources via Freshservice
- Print materials - i.e. calendars
- Supporting your ESG compliance with:
- ÂŁ3,000+ donated annually to charitable causes, including Transaid, Sanctuary Housing, and Safe in Sussex (whose CEO also gets ongoing mentoring from Kate)
- Carbon countering our CO2 output to help you support our environmental objectives via Carbon Footprint
- Diversity and Inclusion monitoring
